Take part in new research on BSL and deaf identities

Research.jpg

The DeafBlog was approached by Catherine Morris this week, a PhD student from Middlesex University who is researching deaf identities and the role of British Sign Language (BSL).

Catherine has developed an online questionnaire and is looking for deaf/hard of hearing people living in the UK to answer some questions.

The questionnaire, which has been interpreted into BSL for those whose preferred language is BSL, aims to find out and highlight the importance of BSL, deaf awareness and deaf social identities.

If you'd like to help make this research possible, you can take part here.

If you would like more information before/after taking part, you can contact Catherine by email.
