A nationwide survey is being carried out by the National Deaf Children's Socity (NDCS) among young deaf and hard of hearing people, with the aim of having the first national discussion among 17,000 of them who live in the UK today.
So far 1,000 surveys have been completed but the charity wants to get the views of 2,000 people, so is still looking for more surveys to be completed. The survey is presented in text and BSL formats, so should be easy to complete.
The purpose of the survey is to find out exactly what sort of services young deaf people around the country are looking for as the charity has made the decision to spend more time and money on services for young deaf people around the country.
