Government response to APHL petition

Thank you to all those who took part in the petition asking the Prime Minister to provide adequate resources to allow for full and appropriate specialist rehabilitation services to be made available on demand for people who are affected by acquired profound hearing loss (APHL).

The Prime Minister's Office has responded to that petition, saying: "It is for local NHS organisations to commission and improve audiology services for local people".
