Deaf Role Model Project

A new and exciting project is being set up by the National Deaf Children's Society which will see deaf adults visiting families of deaf children aged 7 to 11. The idea is that they will discuss their experiences of growing up as a deaf person and answer any questions that families may have.

If you live in Oxfordshire, Greater Manchester, Wales or Northern Ireland and your child is aged 11 or under (aged 14 or under for Northern Ireland) then you can get in touch with the National Deaf Children's Society on 020 7490 8656 (voice and text) email: deafrolemodel@ndcs.org.uk or visit this site.
